Childs Play – Aaliyah took it upon herself to entertain her cousin Ethan as he was quite distressed just a few moments before this shot was taken.  It is amazing how children find ways to communicate with one another even when speaking different languages. A smile mixed with funny sounds seems to be a universal language in most places!
