“One moment captured worth a lifetime”
So often we miss those smallest of details and photography can freeze that one moment in time that makes us stop and think.
This photograph was taken during a fantastic rural Muslim Wedding in a remote village location in Southern Philippines. This older lady happened to just poke her head out for just the smallest moment and I was taken by the look in her eyes immediately as she looked towards the young couple celebrating their future together. It made me wonder what hopes and dreams she might have had in her younger years and how many of those were actually fulfilled.
