STEP aims to create value and make a difference by bringing sustainable investments and developments into communities which enhances and provides opportunities for indigenous people groups.

STEP will create a culture of creativity, passion and fun in all of its ventures to address an observable pandemic of hopelessness, which is especially evident in this current economic climate.  STEP aims to combat this by providing employment and educational opportunities, toolsets, skills, networking and resources to enable and realise the full potential of any group we partner with.

A key part of our vision is the development and delivery of global partnerships with a creative and technical infrastructure, toolsets and content to enable educators, business development, entrepreneurs and aid professionals to deliver knowledge and information directly, and wherever possible interactively.

STEP will deliver a ‘triple bottom line’ of People, Profit and Planet, providing a financial return to its investors as well as any desired social and environmental benefit for users or participating organisations or people groups.

STEP’s primary motivation is to serve and facilitate those who will gain most social benefit from its platform, this therefore is a ‘for-profit’ business which will operate a fully commercial model in order to be self-sustaining.
